1. Service Provider

The Phone Cleaner: Free Storage mobile application (“App”) is provided by:

Miguel Ridruejo (“we”, “our”, “us”)

Barcelona, Spain

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and the Service Provider.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and uninstall it immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

We may restrict or terminate access if we believe these requirements are not met.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App:

Only for personal, non-commercial purposes
In accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
Without attempting to misuse, interfere with, or damage the App or its infrastructure

You agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the App’s source code
Bypass any security features
Use the App to distribute harmful software, spam, or illegal content
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access.

4. Description of Service

Media Assistant Pro is a device-cleaning and optimization tool. Features may include:

Detecting duplicate or similar photos
Identifying large files
Reviewing Live Photos, videos, screen recordings, and screenshots
Providing cleanup suggestions
Identifying duplicate contacts

We may add, modify, or remove features over time.

Some features may require subscription or in-app purchases. Pricing and terms will be clearly displayed in the App.

We strive to keep the App functional and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free performance.

5. License

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App according to these Terms.

You do not acquire any ownership rights in the App or its content.

You may not:

Copy, distribute, resell, or sublicense the App
Modify or create derivative works
Remove or obscure copyright notices

All intellectual property rights remain ours or our licensors’.

6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

If you purchase a subscription or in-app product:

All payments are processed via Apple’s App Store
Billing, refunds, cancellations, and renewal terms are governed by Apple’s policies
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID settings

We do not directly handle or store your payment information.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

The App will work without errors or interruptions
Issues will be corrected immediately
The App will meet your specific expectations
The App will always be secure or free from harmful components

You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill
Issues arising from your use or inability to use the App
Third-party service failures (Apple, Google, OpenAI, Firebase, etc.)

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.

When changes occur, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may notify you through the App or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain,

without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
