A Site Visit
A Site Visit is an epic tale of five generations of a family who cross oceans and borders to follow the promise of a better life. As they relocate from a tenement in a small village outside of London, England to a border city in Ontario, Canada and eventually down into the gracious culture of the American South, the hard working members of this family build businesses, accumulate successes and suffer incredible losses. One determined woman emerges to challenge the ties that bind her to the past and restrict her future in order to follow her passion, even when it leads to hardships that risk breaking her spirit.

Women vs Women: The Case for Cooperation
Women vs. Women is a book about power dynamics and competition between women. The author argues that women have been mired in competitive quicksand since the beginning of time, often beginning in earnest during adolescence, to their social, economic, and political detriment. We need to work together to break inequality and support each other to achieve our full potential!

Candid Reflections
Reflections is a collection of female architects experiences in education and practice from the early history in the profession into the next century. The letters outline the challenges of attending architect schools when women were first admitted into more universities ,and eventually made up to 50% of the classes, but upon graduating only represent 9% of the registered architects. The transition to the workplace and through the registration process has not been made easy by many factors but the female as a strong contributor to our communities in the design field, is different than their male counterpart, and just as valuable!
