The Grizzly Reading Race has officially begun! This year, grade levels will be competing to see who reads the most words. Word counts are tracked through AR, and Mrs. Gabbard will update the progress charts behind the circulation desk each month. This year 6th grade is Team Orange, 7th grade is Team Pink, 8th grade is Team Teal. 

Don't forget, we will also be celebrating the number of words read by each student again this year with word clubs. Earn prizes and participate in rewards by reading 250,000 words, 500,000 words, 750,000 words, or 1,000,000 words!

The Summer Reading Project is due on Friday, August 28th and should be turned in to your language arts teacher or submitted on Padlet.
