What are Employability Skills?
Employability skills, often referred to as soft skills, are a set of interpersonal and personal attributes that contribute to an individual's effectiveness in the workplace. These skills enhance one's ability to work well with others, adapt to changing circumstances, and contribute positively to a work environment. Examples include communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. Developing these skills is crucial for success in various careers.
