The following resources are available for support
Search the portal: Try all terms you think may be relevant. Look through documents to determine if there is any information that already exists that can guide or train you on what you need help with.
Message the group: You have some amazing Clinicians in your network, so use them! Collaborate as much as possible. If you are unsure who to reach out to, ask the owner(s). If they need to email someone at corporate to get you a contact, they can!
Search Online: Google, Facebook, etc., often have forums that are relevant for troubleshooting clinical issues. Searching Facebook groups for certain information regarding clinical concepts can give you a starting point to then confirm with other clinicians in the company.
Search the CR support page/email: If you have any CR issues, look through the support page first. If you can't find an answer there, contact the other BCBAs to troubleshoot. If you still cannot get a solution, email CRHelp@speechandaba.com. It may take 24 hours to get a response.
