Combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technology allows us to operate to the very highest standards with rapid turnaround. While we can make anything when needed, our setup concentrates on small batch prototype CNC milling.
Aluminium: The most popular material for prototype parts, huge amounts of experience machining aluminium in its many variants. Large selection of 6082 kept in stock .
Acetal/Delrin: One of the most popular engineering plastics, huge amounts of experience working with this material.
Stainless Steel: Including 304/316, small and complex parts in 316 aren't a problem for us!
PEEK: Huge amount of experience machining PEEK, small complex parts are no problem.
Acrylic/Polycarb: Lots of experience machining Acrylic and Polycarb.
Steels: All types, including engineering steel like EN24T and tool steels.
MuMetal: Very difficult to machine material, mainly used for it's magnetic shielding properties. Lots of experience with this rare material
Brass/Copper/Bronze: Lots of experience making complex parts, even with copper and it's unique qualities
Titanium: Small amount of experience with titanium but another great material to work with
ANYTHING else! Previous experience machining a huge range of different materials, from ceramics to rubber and everything in between, try us out!
Super short lead times. We are technically open 24/7 and regularly work late nights and weekends, this means parts can be ready to go for Monday morning. Same day and overnight available when required. The vast majority of work we do is rapid turnaround small batch, it's normal for us!
Small/delicate parts where fine finishes and tight tolerances are required. Complex parts require an extra level of care and can often take multiple attempts to achieve the required dimensions and finish.
Single operation machining, completing the entire job in one hit means all features are machined at the same time which ensures accuracy and repeatability.
Pre moulded machining. Looking to get some moulded parts? We can usually machine a good copy from solid, meaning you have physical part to test before getting any moulds made. Including draft angles if required.
Modifying existing parts. Usually requires super safe setups and programming, triple checking everything to ensure the parts are right first time.
Kits of parts. When there are multiple parts with a certain fit required, we'll always make sure it's correct.
We are always happy to consult customers to which manufacturing technique will be best for your component, with over 20 years experience we can ensure you will be provided with the best information and guidance available.
Everything is made in house, no exception!
Just some of our very happy customers
