Services

Special Extended Family Services makes it possible for people with disabilities to live in a place of their choosing while receiving necessary services in their place of residence.
Supported Members may live in their own apartment, with a Family Member or Shared Living with other Individuals who may also have disabilities.
Supporting services may include skill development, transportation, medication administration, appointment coordination, assistance with Personal Funds, housekeeping, and active engagement in their community resources.
I help Support Individuals tap into other support systems, community connections, and technology to increase their independence. I assist in all aspects of living arrangements and care planning.

Home Personal Care

As a reliable provider, I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Additionally, I am certified in Medication Administration, Positive Behavioral Support (PBS), Money Management, and First Aid CPR, You can trust that your loved ones will receive the highest level of care and support while you are away.

Respite

Going out of town or need a break? Don't worry, reliable help is here to alleviate your stress.

HPC Transportation

Need to get out in the community? Want assistance with personal shopping, errands? Do you enjoy sporting events, concerts, or spending a day at the amusement park, etc.? I am just a phone call away
