Welcome to another fun-filled summer with KidsCare!
I’m so excited to get to work together to make this summer full of laughter, learning, and lasting memories. At KidsCare, we believe in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where every child can thrive. Whether we’re exploring on field trips, getting creative with crafts, or simply enjoying time with friends, our goal is to make every day special. You’ll notice lots of exciting activities and opportunities planned throughout the summer—including weekly field trips, splash pad days, themed events, and more! We’re also here to help support transitions to and from summer school or camps as needed. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you ever have questions, concerns, or just want to say hello! I look forward to a great season together and truly appreciate the trust you place in us.

Please plan to arrive by 9:00 AM so your child doesn’t miss out on the fun!
If your child will be absent, just call or text us by 9:00 AM to let us know.
Be sure to have your ID ready at pick-up for safety—thanks for helping us keep everyone secure!
We’ve got morning and afternoon snacks covered each day!
Please pack a nut-free lunch for your child—thanks for helping us keep everyone safe!
Just a heads-up: we aren’t able to heat up lunches, so please plan accordingly.
A refillable water bottle to stay cool and hydrated.
Any medications your child may need (like an inhaler or EpiPen). *Required medication forms must be completed.
A favorite book or two for some relaxing quiet time!
Swimwear and a towel (on Splash Pad days)
We’re happy to help your child get to and from summer school or on-site camps!
On field trip days, there won’t be staff at the building—so if your child will not be attending the field trip that day, the building will not be open for KidsCare until the field trip students are back.
Please remember to sign up for each field trip in the Parent Portal. (FIELD TRIP SIGN-UP FORMS)
To keep everything running smoothly, please arrive 30 minutes before departure—we’ll need to leave right on time.
Each child will receive a special KidsCare field trip t-shirt before our first outing—don’t forget to wear it on trip days!
A quick note: Our staff will be off-site during field trips, so there won’t be care at the building for kids not attending. Thanks for understanding!
Splash Pad days are weather permitting, so be sure to check the calendar.
Please send swimwear and a towel with your child—we’ll all be joining in the fun!
