San Pedro College Training & Development

The employees of San Pedro College are its most valuable resource, thus, to ensure the development of this Human Resource Office serves as a strategic partner of the Administration in providing leadership and support to its collaborations—the faculty and the administrative staff -to meet the Institution’s Mission, Vision, and Objectives. The development plan will be used to direct, manage, and allocate resources to ensure that the institution will be able to attract, retain, and develop a diverse, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

To accomplish this, the office provides a range of human resources services that aims to foster excellence while also being able to respond to the needs of staff, faculty, and administrators, by crafting a professional development program based on strategic plans, which is also flexible enough to include innovative programs/ presentations that employee may deem as essential. Additionally, the HR development plan aims to provide employees with time and/or resources to develop skills or projects that correspond to the instructional, technological, and workforce needs and initiatives of the College.
