Procedure for Application for Predicted Grades and Reference Letter
Predicted results/grades or reference letters for university applications will be available for Form 5 students to apply in late August. Details will be sent by email in due course.
1. Application for Predicted Results/Grades
To apply for HKDSE results/IAL grades, please submit to the College Office by hand a parent’s letter addressed to the principal with the parent’s signature. Do not email the parent’s letter to the College Office. Each student can apply for predicted results ONCE only in the academic year.
2. Application for Reference Letter
To apply for a reference letter, you should submit to the College Office the following documents:
a) a parent’s letter addressed to the Principal with the parent’s signature,
b) a completed application form with your signature

and
c) your personal statement.
Please note that reference letters are confidential in nature. They will only be uploaded to official application platforms or sent to universities/institutions directly. No hard copy will be issued. This is an education profession practice so please do not ask.
Do not email the documents to the College Office.
If you apply for a reference letter and predicted results, you will only need to submit one parent’s letter.
