As stated in Board policy, an oversight committee has been formed to oversee the district program.   

Oversight Committee.  A committee of objective persons knowledgeable in the use of therapy dogs is established to help with issues and questions that may arise concerning handlers or dogs.

The present members of the committee are:

1. School Counselor and Professional Therapy Dog Handler

2. Professional Therapy Dog Owners in the Grundy Center School District

3. Parent Representative

4. Grundy Center Schools Student Representative

5. District Administrator (on-call)

6. Local veterinarian (on-call)
