The Grundy Center Robotics Club begin in 2015. Over the past years, the program has engaged and challenged near 100 students. 22% of these students continued their passion for STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) education earning their college degrees.
First Tech Challenge is much more that building and programming robots. The collaborative nature of FTC encourages the develop of skills well beyond technology skills. Working closely with companies like Collins Aerospace and John Deere, our FTC students gain hands-on experience, while learning the soft skills need to be a productive employee.
