About Me

Hello!  My name is Lindsay McDonnell and I am the art teacher at Liberty Bell Elementary.  This is my 12th year teaching in Southern Lehigh.  I graduated from Millersville University in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science in Art Education (K-12) and a minor in Athletic Coaching, and from Wilkes University in 2017 with a Masters of Science in Educational Development and Strategies.  I am currently pursuing my Principal certification through Wilkes University and will graduate in 2024.

I truly love what I do, and where I do it.  Liberty Bell is a wonderful place and I feel very fortunate to be a part of it.  I do my very best to help each of my students become the artist they wish to become by encouraging choice and supporting their creativity.  Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or comments about the art program! 

If you are looking for something to volunteer for at Liberty Bell, please consider the Art Committee! We always need help hanging/taking down art, and preparing materials! :)
