7th grade ELA

To start the year we will be reading a Fiction novel together as a group and using strategies to "talk to the text" to better comprehend our reading. Throughout the year we will be introduced to various fiction text and an array of assignments to go along with those text. Students will be involved in a large poetry unit and they will enter their poetry into a contest of their choice!
