PA Math League 

Join your math teacher in the cafeteria after school for an exciting bonus opportunity.  The Pa Math League Competition tests your overall mathematical ability against neighboring school districts.  The test consists of 6 questions on various mathematical concepts.  Your teacher will explain the bonus opportunities for your specific class.  You must sign up at minimum 2 school days prior to the competition as tests will be administered online this year.  Please bring a charged laptop, pencil and calculator.  None of these will be provided to you.  There are 6 competitions in total and all are optional.  Talk to your teacher if you have any additional questions.  Please come back here monthly for the each competition sign up.  

1. The sign ups for the first competition are closed...
   How did we do?  We had six top scorers that answered 4 out of 6 questions correctly.  Congratulations to Grant H, Geo J, Anand K, Patrick L, Gabe M, and Aanya S!  The top 5 students gave us a 20 point building score.  State Results 

2. The sign ups for the second competition are closed...
   How did we do?  We had one top scorer that answered 5 out of 6 questions correctly.  Congratulations to Akshaya G!  The top 5 students gave us a 19 point building score. State Results

   How did we do?   We had two top scoring students that answered 4 out of 6 questions correctly.  Congratulations to Giancarlos G and Milo S.  The top 5 students gave us a 17 point building score.State Results

4. The sign ups for the fourth competition are closed...
   How did we do?  We had three top scoring students that answered 4 out of 6 questions correctly.  Congratulations to Aanya A, Yusef S, and Otto Y.  The top 5 students gave us a 18 point building score. State Results

   How did we do?  We had one top scoring students that answered 5 out of 6 questions correctly.  Congratulations to Akshaya G!  The top 5 students gave us a 19 point building score.

Accessing the test.  This step is done the day of the competition.  

1. Go to Online Math Leagues 

2. Sign Into your account by:

   • Login Name: School Email

   • Password:  Student ID number

3. Review the rules and proper input of rational and irrational numbers

4. Wait for the activation code from your proctor.
