Multiplication Facts

This is a MATHO game similar to BINGO. The students are given a multiplication problem and they must click on the correct solution. When they get 5 answers in a row on a card, they win!


The math trainer is a timed multiplication test. Students can set the level to a specific multiplication family or choose mixed multiplication. You can also adjust the time for each “workout”.


Ball Hogs is another multiplication game testing a student’s ability to compute larger numbers. Players are given a problem and then a value which could be the solution. Players must make their “Hog” jump on the correct solution.

This website has online flashcards. Once you’re in the site, click on “Flashcards” in the upper left corner. Scroll down and select “Flashcards with Negative Numbers”.

Fractions

Fruit Splat game allows students the opportunity to test their skills with addition and simplification of fractions. Match the expression with the answer…..and splat the fruit!


AAA Math has an in-depth fractions section. To find it, scroll down to the “Lessons” section. Click ADDITION-UNLIKE DENOMINATORS. Students can read through the short lesson at the top of the page, then scroll down for online practice and games. This page is also helpful for subtracting fractions and working with mixed numbers.


Snow Sprint is a game testing a student’s speed and accuracy with multiplying fractions. The faster you answer, the faster your snowmobile will go!

Percents

Mission Magnetite allows students to “crack the code” by matching up equivalent fractions, decimals and percents.


Percentages and Fractions Side by Side is an interactive manipulative where students can match equivalent percents and fractions.


Penguin waiter can be used to calculate tip, percentage of tip, or the original bill.


Students can play percent Jeopardy alone or with a partner.

Equations

This game works on a student’s ability to solve one step equations with addition and subtraction.
