South Science Technology Magnet Library

The mission of the Lima City School District Libraries is to improve and enrich the lives of our students through informational, educational, and recreational reading in a clean and inviting space.  The libraries strive to provide updated information through books and online sources to create lifelong readers and learners. The well-trained library staff will assist in providing curated information for classroom teachers.

 The School Library Staff:

1. Will work to promote, foster and encourage an appreciation for various forms of literature

2. Will model 21st Century skills and knowledge

3. Will seek to ensure that our students acquire information literacy skills they will need to be productive learners
