What to expect

Check in

Look for the Volunteer Parking signs to guide you into the parking lot. Upon arrival, look for the VOLUNTEER CHECK IN tent, typically located near Registration, check in with your Volunteer Coordinator. You will need your QR code from your registration (please make sure to take a screenshot as internet can be spotty at the venue). 

You will receive a Volunteer shirt, lunch, and you will get assigned to your volunteer role.
Your volunteer coordinator will give a rundown after check-in and send you off with your zone leader!

Meals

Lunch will be provided to volunteers who will be there for 6+ hours. We do our best to accommodate everyone, but if these do not fit into your dietary needs, please plan accordingly and bring snacks/lunch for yourself. 

Check Out

At the end of your shift, you will check out with your Volunteer Coordinator at the Volunteer Tent. 

You will return any radios that you used while volunteering. The volunteer coordinator will ask you if you are using your race code this event or for a future event. This event would qualify for the same weekend racing. Future event would qualify for any US Spartan race within the next year. 

Remember, you must check out at the end of your shift in order to receive your race code and any other perks.
