TRIFECTA

To claim this elite badge of honor, conquer the Sprint, Super, and Beast distances in a single year. These three races form the foundation of Spartan’s ultimate test of grit. 

You can earn multiple Trifectas in a single Trifecta year; however, only one lap per day, per event will count. The 2026 Trifecta Calendar year will run from January 1st, 2026, to December 31st, 2026. 

You can complete the races in any order; the Sprint does not have to be completed first.

For every Trifecta you complete within a calendar year, you’ll gain a Multi-Trifecta tally. As you achieve new tiers in the program you’ll earn additional Multi-Trifecta coins and unlock special Trifecta-Medal bases that grow with your season. From the foundational X1 Base to the massive 10-inch Multi-Trifecta plates, this is a record of your grit, built by you, piece by piece. 

Note: All Trifecta rewards must be collected from the Race Centre in the Event Village on race day. 

What do I earn for my first Trifecta? 

You will receive the X1 Base. This display features three slots on the front to hold the Sprint, Super, and Beast Hexes you earn from your finisher medals. It also comes with an exclusive X1 Coin pre-installed in the back to mark the official start of your journey. 

How do I display my progress as I earn multiple Trifectas? 

As you accumulate Trifectas, you will progress through four distinct Base sizes:

• X1: Foundational Base (included with your 1st Trifecta)

• X2: 7-inch Base

• X6: 8-inch Base

• X11: 9-inch Base

• X16: 10-inch Base

Do I get a new base for every single Trifecta? 

No, you receive a new Base only when you hit a "trigger" milestone (X1, X2, X6, X11, and X16).

For the intermediate Trifectas (such as X3, X4, or X7), you will receive a specific Multi-Trifecta Coin to swap into your current Base, marking your updated tally.

While both track your progress, they reward your effort across different timelines:

The Multi-Trifecta (The "Season" Tally):

This tracks how many Trifectas you complete within a single calendar year (Jan 1st – Dec 31st). On January 1st, your Multi-Trifecta count resets to zero. You start your climb toward a new X1 base for the new season.

The Lifetime Trifecta (The "Career" Tally):

This is your all-time total of Trifectas completed since your very first Spartan race.

Lifetime milestones are recognized at specific tiers (e.g., 2x, 5x, 10x, 25x, up to 100x+) and are only available for collection at the Trifecta World Championship each year. 

 This tally follows you for life, regardless of how many years it takes to reach the next milestone.
