What exactly does ‘reservation member’ mean?
A reservation member simply means that your property lies within the Sparta Hills Beach Club reservation file map with deeded rights to Lake Saginaw reservation. As a result of being a deeded member of the reservation, you are responsible to pay mandatory fees, dues and assessments. In addition to the mandatory maintenance fee, an active member fee applies to property owners within the reservation who would like to use the beach or boating on the lake. Please see the by-laws for additional details regarding rights of members.
ANNUAL BILLS:
Mailed in February of each year.

WHAT does it mean to be a seasonal member?
Seasonal membership is a non-voting membership offered to Sparta residents. Seasonal memberships capacity is limited each year as determined by the Board of Trustees.
2025-2026 Rates
RESERVATION MEMBERS FEES & DESCRIPTION
The Sparta Hills Beach Club fiscal year begins October 1st each year and ends September 30th.
Annual recurring maintenance fee (PAID BY ALL PROPERTIES WITHIN THE RESERVATION): $100.00
Annual Active Membership fee (In order to participate and enjoy the lake): $232 + NJ Sales Tax
10% Late Fee is applied on past due assessments & maintenance fees.
Boat Fee (Annual fee limited to available dock space): $50.00 + NJ Sales Tax
Canoe / kayak rack Fee (Annual fee limited to available canoe rack space): $75.00 + NJ Sales Tax
SEASONAL (NON-RESERVATION) MEMBERS
FEES & DESCRIPTION
Annual recurring fee: $400.00 + NJ Sales Tax
Boat Fee (Annual fee limited to available dock space): $50.00 + NJ Sales Tax
Canoe/Kayak Fee (Annual fee limited to available canoe rack space): $75.00 + NJ Sales Tax
