Our Library Media Specialists serve as the friendly, accessible IT helpdesk for students, bridging the gap between your daily tech needs and the school district's Central IT Department. Think of our librarians as your primary guide for all things technology—ready to help you navigate tech challenges so you can keep your focus on learning.
Here is how our librarians can assist you with your tech:
On-the-Spot Troubleshooting: From connectivity issues and browser glitches to navigating student productivity apps (such as Google Docs), our librarians are available to help resolve everyday technical hiccups quickly.
Google Account Support: Locked out of your account? Librarians can assist you directly with resetting your Google account password and restoring access to your tools and assignments.
Hardware Repair Intake & Coordination: If your device experiences a physical issue or technical problem that requires advanced repair, bring it straight to the library. Our team will securely hold your device, issue a loaner if available, and coordinate directly with the IT department to ensure your hardware gets the necessary repairs and is returned to you as quickly as possible.
