Welcome to Sugar Ridge Elementary School!

Hello! My name is Hannah Bedford, and I am the school counselor at Sugar Ridge Elementary School. I am so excited about seeing all of our pandas from last year and meeting new students this year. We are going to learn strategies that can be used to assist with their social and emotional needs and practice being a bucket filler so that students can grow, learn, and lead together! 

I graduated from Limestone College with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and I graduated from the University of West Alabama with a Master's Degree in School Counseling. Since starting my career in education, I have been a classroom teacher and school counselor. 

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have two daughters who keep me on my toes, but bring so much joy to my life! We enjoy being outdoors, going to Dollywood, anything Disney and cheering on the Clemson Tigers!
