Welcome!

I am thrilled to teach your child this year! This will be my eighth year teaching kindergarten. Before teaching kindergarten, I taught first grade for five years.

I truly believe that when students, families, and teachers work together as a team, children can blossom academically, socially, and emotionally. It is such an honor to watch that growth each day!

I am so thankful to teach alongside my teaching assistant, Mrs. Dawn Tolles. Mrs. Tolles has worked in education for 22 years, and this is our fifth year teaching together! She is one of my favorite people to be around and such an important part of our classroom. She plays a huge role in our reading enrichment, and her creativity brings so much joy and learning to our students. I am incredibly thankful for her experience, creativity, and everything she brings to our class family.
