MRS. EAVES
Hi! I'm Amber Eaves and I am the Library Media Specialist at O.P. Earle Elementary School in Landrum, SC.
I earned a B.S. in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Charleston Southern University in 2011. In 2021 I earned a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Literacy from USC-Upstate. I am currently pursuing my second Masters Degree from USC in Library and Information Science, and will finish December 2023.
After graduating from CSU, I spent five years teaching overseas in China, mostly at an International School in Shenyang. Additionally, I have spent time volunteer teaching in other parts of China, Ghana, the Philippines, India, and Japan.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my husband, Clay & our cat Luna and dog Pepper!
MRS. DONALDSON
Hi, I am Mrs. Donaldson and I am super excited to be in the library. Reading is one of my favorite things to do! This is my seventh year at OPE and my third year in the library.
I have a BM in Music Education from Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio and have taught beginning and intermediate band, choirs, preschool, K5, and now media arts.
I have three children in the district. Abigail and Nathan are at Landrum High and active in Clubs, Community Band, Cross Country and Track and Field. Rebecca is in middle school and is active with Tennis.
I most enjoy reading, spending time with family, and eating out so I do NOT have to cook!
