Abigail Herman

After a tremendous week at Appalachian State XC Camp, Abigail Herman not only conquered the extremely difficult Fire Tower Run but also placed well in the App State XC camp race running a personal best for the 2 mile. Way to go Abigail!

Male Runner of the Week

Andrew Scruggs

Andrew shined in his 2017 XC season debut placing within the top 50 at the App State XC camp race. This finish earned him some prestigious hardware and propelled him into a current Varsity position on the team.
