SPARROW HVAC & ENERGY was founded in October of 2023 . Our mission is to provide HVAC and energy solutions for customers near the Eastern panhandle tri-state area. We are currently offering services to the both residential and commercial clients.

Our vision is to expend our commercial services and become the most reliable HVAC and energy contracting source in the area.

Meet the Owner:

Joel Franz, Owner of Sparrow HVAC & Energy, is an individual member of the Association of Energy Engineers and is an Energy Efficiency Practitoner (EEP); He is also an experienced HVAC mechanic and installer with over thirteen years of experience in Industrial, commercial, and residential HVAC services. Licensed and insured to work in WV, MD, VA he is able to offer innovative solutions to save energy and satisfy building requirements related to HVAC and energy needs.
