Welcome to QUIZZLY, your very own guided QUIZ, CFU, Pre-Assessment creation tool. 

Below you will find 2 Google Sheets that will enable you to do 2 things:

1. The 1st sheet named Quizzly allows you to build your own Quizzes, CFUs, and Pre-Assessments up to 10 multiple choice questions. These can be used to check for understanding, or to quickly and easily generate Pre-Assessments that can be used for in-class rotations. Clear the sheet named "QuizData" and refresh the page every time you want to create a new Quiz with Quizzly.

2.  The 2nd Sheet will auto-magically generate a Google Form Quiz populated with your questions from Quizzly [in step 1]. Simply copy and past the questions table you've created in "QuizData" to the second sheet called QuizzlyForm. Then, from the menu select Form Tools >> Create Form. Clear the sheet named "QuizData" and refresh the page every time you want to generate a new Google Form with QuizzlyForm.
