Cardinal Learning Center

Dear Parent,

The Cardinal Learning Center is gearing up for summer! We have many of our outstanding teachers available for tutoring in a wide variety of areas. You can pick a time that is most convenient for you and your child. You can choose once a week, or multiple times each week. You can also select the specific weeks you would need throughout the summer. The cost of the tutoring is $25.00/ hour, which goes to pay the teacher.

1. Child’s name

2. Phone number

3. Subject(s) you would like tutoring for.

4. Approximate times and days.

Once I receive that information, I will assign a tutor who will be in contact with you directly.
