Español con Cri offers online Spanish classes with a focus on cultural immersion, real interaction, and personalized learning experiences. All classes are conducted by Astrid Villatoro, also known as Cri.

Eligibility:

Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Booking and payment:

All classes must be booked in advance through our website. Payment for courses can be made via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Once payment is processed, it is non-refundable, except as provided under our cancellation policy.

Cancellation and rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule a class, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the class being marked as attended, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. In the event that Español con Cri needs to reschedule a class, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance.

Class delivery:

Classes are conducted online, and you will receive a link to join the session via email. Classes are recorded, and recordings will be sent to you afterward for review. You may participate in classes using any device, though a computer is recommended for note-taking purposes.

Changes to classes and instructors:

For the time being, all classes are taught by Astrid Villatoro. Should there be any changes to this arrangement, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

Course content:

The course includes a comprehensive curriculum designed to provide cultural immersion and practical language skills. The course structure includes grammar, situational, conversation, and open-topic classes, with additional free classes as specified in promotional offers.

Intellectual property:

All content provided by Español con Cri, including course materials, recordings, and other resources, is the intellectual property of Español con Cri and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of our content without prior written consent.

Privacy:

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Limitation of liability:

Español con Cri is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We strive to provide high-quality educational content, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes from our classes.

Governing law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guatemala. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Guatemala.
