Our Staff

Neal has served as the lead pastor at SouthSide since September of 2020.  He previously served on staff at SouthSide (2007-2015) and at Racine Community Church of the Nazarene (2015-2020).  Neal met his wife Tiffany while serving at SouthSide in 2009 and they were married in 2011.   They have two children Bennett and Jillian.   Neal loves playing and watching sports and spending time with his family.  They are excited to have the opportunity to serve alongside the people of Southside once again! 

Todd serves as the E/Gathering (on-line) campus pastor.   He loves teaching and preaching the word of God and helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus.  He and his wife DaRhonda have two adult children loving spending time with their grandkids.  Todd is an avid outdoorsman and loves to hunt.   He has attended and served at Southside in various capacities for over 20 years!  

Pastor Allison was called into ministry 11 years ago and has been our Next Gen Pastor since 2022, serving and leading our kids from birth to high school graduation - what a big job!  She is a district licensed pastor on the path to ordination.  Her three kids, Mia, Harper, and Briggs, are her pride and joy.

Pastor Allison loves hiking, exploring new places, and setting things on fire (ask her about the pool table!).  She also LOVES to drink coffee and make late night trips to Taco Bell!   Her laughter is contagious and she brings joy to everyone around her!  Most importantly-she loves Jesus more than anything.

A lifelong seeker of knowledge, MeLinda attended the University of Indianapolis from 1998-2000 and is currently attending Northwest Nazarene University, where she is working toward a bachelor's degree in Christian ministry. 

MeLinda enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, studying, and teaching. 

MeLinda resides on a small homestead just outside of Muncie with her husband, Jonathan, and three sons, Caleb, Jacob, and Gideon. 

Christina Paul-Maddy is our Office Administrator.  She juggles everything - scheduling, ordering, communication - and makes it look easy!  She has been a part of SouthSide since 2015. 

Christina is married to Chris and they have two adult daughters & one son, Jacob.

When she has free time she enjoys studying the Bible, crafting, working in the garden & hanging out with her boys. 

Megan Baird is our church Custodian & Children's Director.  She ensures that the facility is ready to welcome worshippers and disciples each week - not just on Sundays but all through the week!  She works hard to make sure that we are good stewards of the blessings God has given the church.

Megan is married to Phil and they have a son, Owen.

Katie accepted Christ in her early 20s after witnessing God’s miraculous healing in her mother’s life following a ruptured brain aneurysm, and she has been faithfully serving Him ever since. A member of South Side Church since the early 2000s, Katie has served in worship arts for over 20 years and now leads as Worship Director, helping others use their gifts to glorify God. She leads a Monday night Bible study for adults and was recently approved to receive her local pastor’s license where she is looking forward to beginning the course of study and service toward ordination.

Beyond church ministry, Katie serves as Operations Manager at Independent Federal Credit Union and is currently attending a masters-level leadership program through America’s Credit Unions. She holds an Accounting degree and brings her passion for service, excellence, and stewardship into both ministry and professional leadership.

Katie and her husband, Bradley, enjoy leading worship together, spending time with family, laughing with friends, and caring for their pets, Remy and Lucy. 

She strives daily to reflect Christ through kindness, grace, and servant leadership, living out her life verse, Acts 20:24, by joyfully sharing the good news of God’s grace.
