Concerts are a necessary assessment for performing ensembles. Attendance is mandatory at these events. All concerts dates for the school year are available on the District Calendar in August. It is imperative that all ensemble members are at concerts as music is practiced with everyone.
6th through 12th Grade ensembles have the responsibility to complete at least one video recording to be uploaded on Google Classroom per quarter. Practice Rooms are available at school for recording, or assignments can be completed at home. Not completing recording assignments will result in low or failing grades as there is no individual basis for vocal progress.
Students are Responsible to attend their scheduled lesson. Lessons are small group instruction and part of the grade.
