FIND A WAY TO LABEL ALL THINGS YOU BRING WITH YOU TO PC
CELL PHONE
Please make certain you bring a CELL PHONE. There will be a sign-in QR Code for each session and this will allow for PC to take attendance. Plus it allows you to stay in contact with your parents if there is some sort of change in the schedule.
WATER BOTTLE
Please make certain you bring a WATER BOTTLE, the bigger the better.
CLEATS & SHOES
Please make certain you bring CLEATS AND SHOES. You will be running on the turf and CLEATS are good to have. You will also be doing work inside in the weight room and CLEATS are prohibited in the building, so also have SHOES.
GYM BAG/BACKPACK
Please make certain you bring all the items listed above in a BAG. It makes it easier for you to keep tabs on your stuff. Also put any other items you may need before/during/after a workout in your BAG.
