Students wishing to visit a college, university, vocational or technical school, or job shadow, must complete and turn in a visit day form to the high school office prior to the visit. Pre-arranged visit days are excused and do not count against attendance.
Seniors are allowed two (2) excused visit days and for the year and juniors are allowed one (1) college day/job shadow day to visit prospective opportunities. Parents/guardians may schedule a visit with their student or with assistance from the school counselor. Failure to turn in a completed form and provide documentation of visit(s) will result in an unexcused absence.
