FULLY FUNDED Safari Play session for you and your children this Christmas Holiday 🎁


As you know Jungle Tots has a great relationship with Peterborough Council. This is NEW for Christmas 2023. We have a limited number of funded sessions to Safari Adventure Play (with a kids meal cooked by one of our amazing chefs) this Christmas Holiday! 😜


If you are in receipt of benefited free school meals and live in Peterborough or have a child at Peterborough Primary School (reception to year 6) you may be entitled to this session.


Please follow the link to the application page on our website which is below which goes directly to Peterborough Council.


If you are successful Safari Play will send you an online booking voucher within 7 days of your application. Your voucher is for entry for a session from 18th December 2023 to 5th January 2024 which has to be booked online with the voucher we send you. These are limited due to limited funding so do act fast.


These sessions are funded by the Dept for Education and Peterborough City Council.

Visit their training calendar for all other workshops and full day courses. 


This is a new initiative we are starting this term for all pre-school children and their parents / carers. Everyone is welcome if they have a child aged from birth to 5. We will be sharing songs, rhymes, stories and lots of messy activities as well as coffee, squash and biscuits. We will also be available for a chat if you have any speech and language concerns. Our first event is next Wednesday - 8th November from 2-3pm, in the school dinner hall.

Southfields Hub of Expertise - Speech and Language

Family Voice Peterborough - Community Hubs

"As part of the new scheme by Peterborough City Council, we are pleased to announce we shall be running new Community Hubs for support, advice, and companionship during the winter months. 

On both Monday and Wednesday evenings we will be opening The Goldhay Centre between 4pm and 7pm, and also on Saturdays between 11am and 1pm, for people to drop by, have some refreshments, and help themselves to our community fridge for food to take home. There'll be a chance to chat with staff and volunteers, or get some advice or support, as well as games or colouring in for both adults and children. We will be providing drinks and snacks if you want some, all free of charge, as part of offering a space that is warm and welcoming. 

 We also invite you to attend our other free events, such as Tai Chi on Monday afternoons, Craft Club on Tuesday lunchtimes, Cafe and Food Hub on Wednesday mornings, and MIND fortnightly on Thursday afternoons.  Check out the events calendar on our website at www.familyvoice.org for more details or email us on office@familyvoice.org."

Please read below for information on the HAF programme:


School-aged children and young people (primary and secondary) who are in receipt of benefit-related free school meals can receive 4 sessions at one of our holiday provisions during the Christmas holidays at no cost. 

The sessions will include a range of activities and all food is also included for free. 

We have a range of provisions across the city.

Short breaks October Half Term sessions

Please find attached the details for October half term Short Breaks sessions for children with Special Educational Needs. 

They are running Tuesday 25th - Friday 28th October, all sessions 10am-2pm, £5 per session. There is a new venue of Werrington Leisure Centre
