Repairs

The Process:

1. Problem: The customer identifies an issue and call/text Southern Shores RV 910-996-4011 to schedule and assessment. In the winter months the wait time could be up to one week. During the Summer months this could be up to 2 weeks out. 

2. Diagnostics: A technician will arrive onsite then utilize our extensive training at the National RV Training Academy and follow on training from the manufactures to diagnose your problem. Diagnostic calls start at $200 additional hours are booked in 15 min increments.

3. Repairs: The technicians carry a wide variety of common parts on their trucks and a lot of times the issue can be repaired same day. If the part is not on the truck then most times they can order the part and install it within 48 hrs.

4. Enjoy: Its important us that you are able to enjoy your vacation and your RV, don't let issues get in the way!
