History

Who We Are: We are a diverse group of sales rock stars, financial experts, software developers, accounting geniuses, hoteliers, administrative gurus, and so much more.  Founded in 2012 by a small handful of Austin Landing professionals, we had a mission to foster a sense of community, to network fiercely, and to grow professionally.  Additionally, we want to GIVE BACK! 

Traditionally, our members are between 20 and 40 years of age however, we welcome professionals of all ages, skill sets, and specialties.  So go ahead…check us out, look around, and feel free to inquire for more information.

Our Purpose: To create opportunities for Young Professionals to:

• Develop both personally & professionally.

• Connect with other like-minded individuals and grow their network.

• Give back to our community through outreach efforts and fundraisers.

Our Vision: To develop and celebrate exceptional talent in our region.

Our Mission: Empowering young professionals of South Dayton to discover their “why” and providing them

the tools to act on it, such that they may make a lasting, positive impact on their community and the world.
