If you did not create a New Organization, please STOP and refer to the directions on the home page. You will not be permitted to create an event without a designated organization.
After the Organization step, the external requestor will be on the event reservation detail page.
The user will see the Event Details page and will be prompted to fill out the following fields:
Event Title*
Event Type*
Number of Attendees
Setup/Breakdown times
Organization
Click the dropdown to show the Organization name that you created during the Organization Setup process. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT STEP. DO NOT SKIP THIS PART!
Start/End dates

Press Continue when complete.
Next, select the location for your event. You can filter the choices by Room Type (field, gym, auditorium, etc) or location. Only those rooms available will show in the results of your search. Click the room(s) you wish to reserve. If you need more than one space for your event, you can select multiple spaces at this step.
Click Continue to confirm your choice(s).
The next screen will present the requestor with a calendar. At this screen you can choose the time and date you need the chosen facility or change your original date/time choice, as available. All grey spaces indicate unavailable dates/times.
Click on the event on the calendar to adjust start/end times, setup/breakdown times, or make your event 'recurring' (same event happening on multiple calendar dates)
Click Continue at the bottom (you may need to scroll down).
Event Details Summary
In the Event Details Summary space, all organizations MUST upload a copy of their current, active insurance policy for review, as well as the organization's insurance details.
No external organizations will be approved without submitting valid insurance information and a copy of their Certificate of Insurance. Please refer HERE for further information regarding insurance requirements.
That's it! You've completed the process to request space at the South Country Central School District. At this point in the process, your Level status, insurance information, and fees will be reviewed. Once the process is complete, you will receive an email confirming your selected dates, spaces, and times. Please allow ample time for our staff to review all requests.
