As of June 30, 2020, the IT Department has processed all requests for new SBU email addresses.
Your SBU email address has the following format:
- yamentouli999@southbaylo.edu
- yamentou is your LAST NAME
- li is THE FIRST 2 CHARACTERS OF YOUR FIRST NAME
- 999 is THE LAST 3 DIGITS OF YOUR STUDENT ID NUMBER
Your default SBU email address login password has the following format:
- yamentou#999
- yamentou is your LAST NAME
- # (hashtag symbol)
- 999 is THE LAST 3 DIGITS OF YOUR STUDENT ID NUMBER
If you have not yet received an email at your personal email with instructions on how to login, please follow the instructions below:
- Send a text message to Lionnel @ (714) 367-6083 (DO NOT CALL)
- In the text message, provide: Your Last Name and SBU Student ID #
- In the text message, also provide the nature of your request: New Email Address or Password Reset.
