Transcript Requests

Current Students

For current seniors that are applying to colleges, you can request transcripts to be sent to your college 2 ways:

Stop in to the office (or email Mrs. Pertner) to request, or
You can set up you account through Parchment to order your electronic transcript sent for free. (You were emailed an access code or stop by and ask).

Please email Mrs. Pertner (bpertner@south-central.org) with your name, date of birth, graduation year, and where to send the transcript. Or call her at (419) 752-3354 ext. 11223.
