So, MetaAlliance members. We are planning a Cross-DAO Headhunting event.
TL;DR:
Have a collaborative event where all value-aligned DAOs (MetaAlliance) pitch their massive transformative purpose (MTP), product roadmaps, outstanding features of their communities and available opportunities (jobs/roles) to get involved. All that in a single event where the participating DAOs can have a space for Q&A and a massive onboarding session.
Why do this: We all share the need of onboarding the right talent to our projects. Within Web3, network effects are very powerful. Thus, if we coordinate our onboarding experience into one that makes ppl aware of different DAOs working on different modules of a similar vision (post-capitalist, solarpunk, crypto-commoning) then the newcomers will be able to contribute with a bridgebuilding mind that take in consideration the power of the other DAOs, even if they enter to only collab with one.
