How to make a booking

Once you have decided on what item to hire, a booking can be made via Email info@soundlife.co.uk or by calling us on 07413275551, 02034883444 lines are open from 8am to 11pm.

To place a booking, You need to provide the following information.

Name of Item you would like to hire
Booking Date
Start and Finish time.
Delivery Address.
Contact Name to sign for the hired item.
A reliable Contact Number and Email

After making an order

Over The Phone:

An order will be confirmed during the phone call stating the following information, Ordered Item, Booked Date, Start Finish Time, Delivery Address, Contact Name, Email and Phone Number
Then a follow up call will be made before the delivery day to confirm the hired item are on it's way.

Order by Email:

After placing an order, you will receive 2 email at the address you provided and a call.

You will receive an email notification to let you know that we have received your order request and it is being process. [Please check your junk mail folder as well as your Inbox. ]
The second email will confirm your reservation stating the following; ordered Item, booked Date, Delivery Address, Start finish time, Contact name, Phone Number and when to make a payment.
Then you will receive a call before the delivery to confirm your hired item are on it's way.

Can I Cancel My Booking?

Yes unless it is due to poor weather, we may agree to move to a new date or venue, A 48 hours notice is required otherwise any deposit made will be forfeited.

I’m a new customer, what do I need to provide?

A - New customers can provide the following, proof of Address, a valid Bankcard, Passport or Driving License to verify their identity.
