Curriculum
Soul Sculpt Teacher Training will explore the fusion of yoga postures with weights, endurance, conditioning and breath training. Over the course of 36 hours you will dive into a curriculum encompassing a foundational yoga sculpt sequence, anatomy, alignment, safety, cueing, successful sequencing, voice projection and building student relationships.
During training, participants are required to take 12 Sculpt Classes and 4 Powerflow classes. In taking these classes participants will build endurance as well as their personal practice. These classes will also compliment elements of the curriculum as participants are learning! **Please Note: While it is recommended that participants take these classes during the duration of the training, the participant will work with the Lead Facilitator to "map out" a reasonable schedule for taking required classes.

Within this training, you will:
Learn the importance of breath as it supports alignment and asana (physical practice/postures)
Learn how to design and sequence a Soul Sculpt class
Learn how to design a playlist to fit your sequence and build energy within your class.
Learn the basic philosophy of yoga, anatomy, safety and cueing
Gain leadership skills, get comfortable with public speaking, and learn how to support your students/self.
Collaborate and practice teach; give and receive live feedback plus participate in one-on-one mentoring
Learn how to provide and receive feedback as it supports our communities culture of continuous improvement and growth.

Please bring your yoga mat, extra change of clothes, sweat/shower towel, water/hydrating beverages, lunch/sustaining snacks, pen/highlighter, journal (single subject or smaller), post-its or any additional materials that will help you annotate.
