Recline & Restore
A fully lying-down class designed for deep rest and sensory regulation. Perfect for those with chronic fatigue, trauma history, or sensory sensitivities. This calming experience uses props and guided breathwork to gently support the nervous system. **now available**
Grounded & Uplifted
A chair-based yoga class offering gentle, seated movement and breath awareness. Ideal for participants with mobility needs, neurodiverse learners, or anyone seeking a supported, stable practice.
Move with Ease
A traditional, all-levels yoga class with options for standing, seated, and floor-based movement. Modifications and supports are offered throughout to ensure everyone can participate safely and confidently.

In this specialized training, you will:
🧘♀️ Earn 18 CEUs approved by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), Yoga Alliance, and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
💡 Learn from expert instructors who specialize in adapting yoga for people with chronic illness, mobility challenges, and unique needs.

Pre-Requisites:
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with experience teaching special populations OR
Health background (PT, OT, RT, SLP, Nurse, or Special Education Teacher) with a consistent personal yoga practice OR
Completion of Yoga for the Special Child® 95H Part 1 with a consistent yoga practice.
