All five days of the Summer Institute will take place in SOU's Hannon Library. Parking is available for FREE just behind the library in parking lots 21 and 22, which can be access via Roca St or Indiana Street (see map here).  The entrance to the library is around the front of the building. The main meeting location will be the White Board Room (Room 352) on the northwest corner of the third floor.
