DISCOUNTS

• Paid in Full: Pay in full at the time of registration and save 5% on hourly class fees.

• Family Discount: 10% discount on hourly class fees, for second and subsequent family members registered. Full fees must be paid for the dancer with the highest tuition. 

TUITION NOTES

• Can be paid in full, or via a payment plan. 27 and 30-week classes, charged following the hourly fee chart, will be broken into 9 payments. 20-week classes and specialty groups are flat fee classes & will be broken into 7 payments. 30-week flat fee classes will be broken into 9 payments.

• Invoices will be posted to your account (visible via the online parent portal) on the 15th of each month, August 2024-April 2025 (30-week programs) and August 2024-February 2025 (20-week programs) and are due by the last day of the month. See the registration policies for more information.

COMPETITION FEES

Competition fees for group routines have been.

All competition fees are non-refundable. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

OPTION 1 - Paid in full on/or before September 14th, 2024.

OPTION 2 - 5 equal payments from September 15th, 2024 - January 15th, 2025

Payment will be taken, via the credit card on file, on the above-listed dates. Alternatively, you may choose to pay your competition fees by cash, cheque, debit, EMT or alternate credit card prior to the 15th of the month to avoid charges to your card on file.

Accounts must be in good standing for dancers to compete.

Generally, competitions do not offer any refunds. Should a dancer withdraw before all payments have been made, payment will still be owed to Stars of Tomorrow Dance Academy Inc.

COSTUME FEES

Competitive costume fees will be billed by Decmber 11th, 2024. Payment due dates, for competitive costumes, are January 8th & January 29th. Payment will be taken, via the credit card on file, on the dates outlined. Alternatively, you may choose to pay by cash, debit, EMT or alternate credit card prior to the due dates to avoid charges to your card on file. 

Recreational costume rental fees will be posted to your account by January 15th, 2025. Payment for the recreational costume rental fees is due on/or before February 15th, 2025. Payment will be taken, via the credit card on file, on February 15th, 2025. Alternatively, you may choose to pay by cash, debit, EMT or alternate credit card prior to February 15th, 2025 to avoid charges to your card on file.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES FOR COMPETITIVE DANCERS

• Competitive Jacket (all competitive dancers) - approximate cost: $80-110

• Competitive Make-Up (all teams, optional for male-identifying dancers) - approximate cost: $52

• Rhinestone Earrings (all teams, optional for male-identifying dancers) - approximate cost: $14

• False Eyelashes (all Petite - Senior competitive dancers; optional for male identifying dancers) - approximate cost: varies

• Body Glue (as necessary) - approximate cost: $23

• Shoes (as necessary - approximate cost: varies
