• Re-Entry Permit or Student Pass or Dependant Pass

(B)  Parent/Legal Guardian

Singapore Citizen

• Front and back of Pink NRIC

Non Singapore Citizen

• Front and back of Blue NRIC

• Front and back of Dependent Pass, Employment Pass or Passport

Other documents (if applicable)

• Divorce Certificate or Legal document stating custody of child/ward

• Death Certificate of either parent

Note: ** Students who did not take the PSLE or was home-schooled must submit an additional MOE Pupil Data Form which is found in the SOTA Pupil Data Form link below.

Monthly school fees are collected through the Inter-bank Giro Scheme. For school fees payable, please refer to our school website on school fees.

As the GIRO application will take about 3 to 4 weeks to process, the January school fees will be collected together with the Feburary school fees on the 8 February 2024.

Please complete the GIRO Application Form and return the original wet-ink signed copy to SOTA strictly by Registered Mail by

11 December 2023.

• The online sale will be available on 1 December 2023 to 15 December 2023. Kindly place your orders via our SOTA bookshop vendor, Pacific Bookstores via this link: https://www.pacificbookstores.com/

• To proceed with the online order, you may refer to the attached user guide provided by the bookshop vendor. Home delivery and self-collection options are available, however home delivery is strongly encouraged.

• For better crowd control and safety considerations, only those who opted for self-collection are allowed access into the school premises according to the selected date(s). No walk-ins will be accepted.

• There are no textbooks to purchase for Malay and Tamil languages. Printed notes and worksheets will be distributed to the students instead.

• Please visit the Shanghai School Uniforms website for online sale of school uniforms. 

• We strongly encourage students and parents to purchase the school uniforms online before 15 December 2023.

• For school shoe, it must be covered toe (sport shoe/sneaker/normal school shoe) and any colours, which is same for socks.

• Leotards with SOTA logo will take approximately 3 weeks to process.

• All students MUST be in SOTA’s prescribed attire stated above from 2 January 2024. If leotards with SOTA logo are not ready, students may put on their own black cotton leotards in the meantime. All students MUST be in leotards with SOTA logo by 9 January 2024.

• Please bring along your student’s concession card for verification.
