BIOINFORMATICS + BIOLOGY
Our lab integrates bioinformatics and experimental biology to uncover novel molecular mechanisms underlying various diseases. Utilizing next-generation sequencing technologies such as ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, HiChIP, and RNA-seq, we analyze genomic and epigenomic landscapes by comparing normal and diseased tissues or cells.
From sample preparation to computational analysis, we adopt a comprehensive multi-omics approach to identify key epigenetic regulators, disease biomarkers, and potential therapeutic targets. Through these efforts, we aim to decode the molecular networks that drive disease progression and contribute to the development of innovative treatment strategies.
