Cereal Box

You are going to create your own Cereal Box. 

1. Start with a catchy name.

2. Choose a 5 or 6 color palette and stick to it. Color.adobe.com  

2. You will need to create a character for the cereal.  This can be 60% copied, 40% has to be your own addition to the character.

3. Design it on PAPER FIRST, this can be rough.  You will need to turn it in.  https://pin.it/wqxkan2xa33lza

   1. Get a second opinion, show it to people at your table and get their input.  Sell them on your idea.

4. You should only use three fonts for the front and side

   1. Headline (the name of the cereal)

   2. Secondary ( fonts that or on the front but not the headline)

   3. Instructional font ( Nutrition Value Side information)

   4. The Game or puzzle on the back may have different fonts.  

5. Secondary Images that compliment the character.  This can be the cereal or a design that matches the theme of your cereal.

6. Designs that give some depth/variety in size.  A sunburst, cereal pieces, stars, purple horse shoes, green clovers… 

7. A prize or offer that goes with the cereal.

8. Nutritional facts on one side, the other side should be part of a game. These can be copied from somewhere else. The name of the cereal should be on the side as well.

Extra Credit: a game or other puzzle that is unique to the cereal.
