General Tips

• Shut down your chromebook regularly (at least every couple of days). When it restarts, make sure you run the updates when prompted. (Or, go to settings>About Chrome OS>check for updates, and follow the prompts.)

• Clear the cache every once in a while. To do this, open Chrome, and click on the three dots in the upper right corner. Select “settings,” and scroll down to Privacy and Security. Select “clear browsing data,” then choose “all time” on the pull down menu. Select “cached images and files” then “clear data.”

• Make sure to charge your Chromebook. Try not to let it go below 30% charged.
