The Sound And Vision LAb uses Ableton as DAW - not that Ableton is the best DAW - where Jurgen Winkel - initiator of the Ableton User Group Eindhoven - can set professional standards for recording, mixing and mastering.
As a visitor/creator at The Sound And Vision Lab recordings will be done in Ableton where Jurgen Winkel designed a "master pack" completely based on Live 10 Suite tools (so no third party plu-ins).

For those who like to work 100% digital (there is always the option to record sound form the hardware) the SONICriderStudio offers the most used VST's (Arturia V6, Nexus, Sylenth, NI, Rob Papen, Circle, Sample Modulation, Korg…).
Mixing and (pre) mastering can be done with third party plugins by Softube, UAD and Waves.
